I’m the heart of the work happening in the field. As an Air Force veteran, I bring hard work, discipline, and a commitment to getting the job done right to everything I do.
I started TBG with a simple desire: to make a difference in every place, home, and family I meet and to carry on the legacy of my father-in-law. I believe that if I can give even a little of the grace I’ve received throughout my own life to the people around me, our community can become a more loving place.
Integrity, kindness, genuineness, and doing things the right way matter to me. My grandmother taught me a lesson I still carry with me today: “Always leave the place better than you found it.”
I’m TBG’s boots-on-the-ground guy, handling the hands-on work and bringing hard work, dedication, and attention to detail to every job.

While I may get my feet wet every now and again, most of my work happens behind the scenes. I handle the administration, organization, and project management that keep TBG moving forward.
I started TBG because of my dad. He has been pressure washing for more than 40 years, and throughout that time he has built a wealth of knowledge that he has always hoped to pass down. He also wanted to leave something behind—a legacy his family could carry forward.
So TJ and I decided to jump all in. Together, we set out to learn everything we could, build something of our own, and continue the standard of quality my dad has spent the last four decades establishing.
As an Air Force veteran myself, integrity is a priority for me. I bring six years of office and project management experience to TBG, along with a passion for keeping our work organized, our commitments clear, and our standards high.

I’ve been pressure washing for 43 years. I got started at a young age, and over the years, what began as a way for me to make a living became something I took a great deal of pride in. I’ve spent more than four decades learning this work, building relationships, and understanding what it means to do a job the right way.
Over the years, I’ve learned that doing the job right matters. When you take pride in your work, people remember it. They call you back, they trust you, and you build a reputation that can last for decades. Some of the people I’ve worked for have been with me for more than 40 years. To me, they’ve never just been customers or dollar signs. They’ve become friends. I’ve learned about their families, watched their children grow, and built relationships that go far beyond the work itself.
For years, one of my greatest dreams was to pass everything I’ve learned down to someone I love. Being able to share more than four decades of experience with my daughter, Devon, and TJ means more to me than I can put into words. I want to give them the knowledge I’ve worked a lifetime to gain so they can build something strong, provide for their family, and carry that legacy forward.
And I couldn’t think of a better person to teach alongside her than TJ—someone who loves my daughter the way I do and is willing to put in the work to carry this forward.
My role with TBG is part father figure, part businessman, and part trainer. I’m here to teach, guide, and make sure the quality of the work never gets compromised. I want every customer to feel like they received more value than they expected and to know they can trust the people doing the work on their property.
The values I’ve carried throughout my career are simple: treat people with love and respect, do what you say you’re going to do, and never cut corners. Once you start cutting corners, it becomes a habit—and eventually that habit shows in your work. I believe in doing things right all the way through, treating people the way I would want to be treated, and being able to lay my head down at night knowing we gave someone honest, quality work.
That’s the kind of legacy I hope to pass on through TBG.
